​"Susan Lecrone is a skilled professional hair stylist and salon owner.  She took my dark brown hair to platinum with ease and without worry.

She knows her stuff and I was not an easy client. I knew what I wanted and was not going to let someone tell me otherwise. She mentioned all the good points that I hoped would be addressed once she saw the pictures of what I had wanted. I was armed with plenty of examples and she listened and confirmed the process required. She showed me what the color tones look like next to my skin and recommended a tone that I did not realize would be more flattering. Thank you! 

I love her private studio (upstairs of the 64 West Salon), the fact I was able to go through the process without having other clients around me was really nice. She was there for me and me alone. She owns her own business and runs it with professionalism. Susan works by appointment only, so this was great for me as I can only do evenings. 

I felt like she enjoyed what she does, and her confidence in color chemistry and hair design is evident.  She promised she would do a  great job and would not allow me to leave without  both she and myself 100% satisfied with the results. I've had plenty of stylists do their work on my hair and I've always had to have their work repaired since my hair is tough and does not like to obey the "typical" science of normal hair. Susan anticipated this beforehand and was able to take my hair through the processes required, even if it meant 5 hours! She did not rush the process (which she prepared me to be in her studio for a longer than normal timeframe)  She offered me refreshments and I enjoyed the time of pampering and girl talk. What a sweetheart! She tastefully designed her studio to reflect her personality and trendy attitude. 

Please tell her Bonnie sent you!  I think she is a hidden gem in Pittsboro, where there are more than a couple places to choose. Although I'd like to keep her to myself, I feel she has earned raving reviews and I'd like to be sure word gets out. She rewards referrals and I would love to send others her way! You will love her too..."
